Hello all,
I have had these Rokit 8 G2's for quite some time and ever since i bought them they have been producing static. I have tried 2 different types of cable (RCA & XLR) and also 2 external soundcards. In all cases the interference is still there, the higher the computers workload the louder the noise so im being led to believe it is the CPU causing said interference.
There is no interference if i just use them as a direct speaker from my phone using RCA for example so it is definitely an issue with my PC and not the speakers.
I have tried unplugging and replugging everything and still the sound continues, does anyone know any other fixes that may work?
Specs:
Intel i5-3570K
GTX 1080 (previously had a 780 and same issue)
Gigabyte D3H-Z77 mobo
Thanks in advance
