GPU: Gigabyte 1660s 6GB

STORAGE

3x HDD
Western Digital 1TB 7200RPM
Toshiba 1 TB 7200RPM
Seagate 1TB 7200RPM

Power Supply
Antec 550 Watt no modular PSU

I failed by applying these methods below

  2. Doing some changes in Power management (Not Solved)
  3. Re-install windows (Not solved)

Please I need a permanent solution. I am a freelance video editor and this is so annoying. please help me.

Solution
Actually, this happens with only one HDD (Seagate) If I remove it everything runs smoothly. But my question is how can I verify that my HDD is faulty so I can claim a warranty.
If you have tried a different power and data cable and a different sata port on the mobo and you still have the problem contact seagate and have a chat.
