Internal HDD Recognized But Not Accessible

Last month my laptop encountered BSOD by some 0x0000007f error code. After trying really hard to fix this problem with zero result, I took a break.
Now my brother looked at it and said my laptop's HDD is still recognized in BIOS and when connected to other computer, just not accessible.
Can anyone help me, if possible, fix my HDD. Or is it totally dead? I have many important files on that HDD. Thanks in advance to those who would try.

P.S. Before, my HDD makes a clicking noise (that's when I decided to stop trying to fix it, because some article said that when that happens, immediately shut down your computer/laptop). Later, when my brother checked it out there is not even a single click heard.

i try to format my drive but the computer did not find the hard drive. where i can install the OS.

You can install the OS on a different drive, as it would appear that the one you are using is dead.
