Internal Multimedia power help

I have tried several of the pins that look like they should work for my SD/MS/SM/CF media drive reader, but I can't get the thing to power the Motherboard I am currently using for this cheapo rig I bought is a 531966-001 503335-001 Is the id number. Any help would be much appreciated.

After some time on Google, it looks like you own an HP Compaq 6005 Pro Small Form Factor PC. According to your product hardware guide the card reader uses a standard USB2.0 header too plug into. You may want to inspect if one pin out of the connecting block is blanked out. if not then the connector can be reversed.

Can you please pass on the OS off which you're running on?
