[SOLVED] Internal speakers stopped working?

This HP15DY1031wm laptop's internal speakers stopped working. The laptop is filled with Trojans and other viruses so I reinstalled the Windows 10 after wiping the drive clean. Still no sound. I uninstalled the Sound driver in the Device Manager then restarted the pc but same deal. Is there anything else I might try please?

Try getting the audio driver from the HP website:

Thanks but it did not work. It shows the best driver is already installed
