Hi,

I am trying to fax to international destination using calling card. I have
setup calling card information etc. But when I print to fax, it does not dial
calling card access number. It starts dialling the international number
directly.

How can I resolve the issue and make it dial calling card access # first?
Please help.

Thank you,
-jitendra

Make sure the dialing rule that invokes your calling card is configured
correctly. The Windows XP Fax service will not process dialing rules unless
the phone number to which you are sending the fax is in "international
format." Details on how to use international format to invoke dialing rules
are available here:

If your Calling card settings are part of the per-user settings, you are out
of luck with Windows XP Fax. The XP Fax Service can only run under the
System account, so per-user settings are not available to it.
