What kind of device are you connecting with? Is it a computer, phone, console or streaming device? Have you tried doing a power cycle on the modem and router, or just the router, depending on whether you have cable or dsl. It could also be a security password issue. You can try selecting "forget this connection" in your network wifi properties and then reconnect, enter your password and see what happens. Sometimes the network connection is there, so it shows internet access is "available" but your browser won't actually connect because it's being blocked by the router due to not having the correct login information for the router entered. I know that's probably not your issue but it is a possibility. Can you do this. Right click on your wifi icon down in the taskbar and select "network troubleshooting". Run the troubleshooting wizard and see what it tells you then let me know.
