Internet Banking (unable to do so)?

I can't seem to key in my client #'s and passwords so's to do internet
banking. I've just recently had a friend take Windows 98 off my computor and
now have Windows XP Professional. The banks and the server I use cannot help
me either.
Can anyone out there?

After upgrading, you must manually reenter all numbers
and passwords. If you don't know them, you are out of luck.
