I've been losing internet for 5 to 10 seconds once per day at random times for a while now. It's enough to cause me to lose connection to an online game, but probably hard to notice for anyone just browsing the internet.

I've tested by pinging Google and my router from my PC, tablet, and phone (all connected wirelessly), and another PC connected with ethernet and they all drop packets to Google at the same time. None of them lose packets to my router (192.168.0.1). Today I noticed the blue downstream arrow on my modem (Motorola MB8600) is blinking instead of staying solid like the upstream arrow, so I checked the status page for the modem and noticed one channel is not locked, as well as a ton of corrected/uncorrected errors on another channel. Also I'm not sure if the power or signal levels are where they should be. View: https://i.imgur.com/DCcIEZ6.png
(Note this screenshot was taken after the modem had been on for around 12 minutes) I have kept a log of times that the disconnects happen, and there are T3 timeout errors in the modem logs at some of those exact same times, so I am pretty convinced this is the problem.

So my question would be what could be the cause of these errors? Is this something I could potentially fix, or do I really need to have a tech visit?

You upload power is too high I think....I forget the exact number but the one I remember is it needs to be below 50 for most docsis types.

What this means is the ISP is having trouble hearing your modem and tells it to increase its transmit power.

This is generally come kind of cabling issue. If you can hook the modem up as close as you can to where the cable comes into the house. If you get similar bad levels it means it is something in the ISP cabling.

This is only a test setup What you are trying to do is get ahead of the ISP when they try to blame the wires in your walls. Doing this eliminates that and the risk they come out and try to charge you because it is "not their problem".

Now if the level drops back a lot say to mid 40s then it can be you have a cable issue or some splitter degrading the signals.
