Question Internet crashes at night....

Hey, my internet keeps crashing every night at 3 AM and I am tired of it.
I don't want to call customer services yet before I explore a bit on the internet if this is possible to fix it.
Anyways, my internet restarts at the same time and then in a while it fixes itself, is it possible to fix it somehow?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Who is your ISP? They may have predetermined "out of service" times for maintenance and upgrades. Usually done in off hours. May or may not be published in advance.

What time do services return?

Check their website when all is working.

Make and model router (or modem/router) if combined?

The router's logs (if available and enabled) may also provide some clue.

Who has full admin rights to the the router's admin configuration screens/menus? You will need help from that person.
