Hi there, i have tried absolutely everything. This problem occurred first when i updated windows to the latest version in December this year. It was initially an easy fix because i just went back to the previous version and that was the end of that. Now its a lot more complicated as i got a new ssd and reinstalled windows on it. i cant go back to the older version. What i have found so far was that a windows process in task manager was taking up 40mb/s causing my ping to spike all the time. i have fixed that and it seemed to work for a couple hours. i have also found that if i start downloading a game, the problem is triggered and even when i pause the download, it persists. this is a really triggering issue because i have honestly tried everything. its not hardware or windows updates in the background. it isnt my phone or ipad messing with the connections. if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated
