Your power levels are out of range. And no we can't fix it, did you put the modem right after the splitter from the cable coming in?

no we do not have a splitter , do we have to buy one to fix this issue?

Sorry it's been some time, you get the cable coming in, if you have multiple TV's usually you have a splitter 4 or 8x(passive), in which case you put a 2 way splitter in with one going to the splitter the other to the modem. Nowadays you would put in an active splitter where the modem is seperated from the rest, while still amplifying everything else. Your cable company would take care of that.

Or if it doesn't you can buy your own like I did. Can give you some links if you want, but if you call your cable company chances are they will fix it for you for free.

Well we have dish for tv and twc which is plugged into the directly into the modem.

Well i figured out the problem it was a faulty modem we replaced it and everything works now. Ty
