Question Internet dies when turning on PC

Whenever I either turn on or take the computer out of sleep mode, all the internet in the house will die. Everything connected will have no internet, even though it will say the internet is still fully connected and has no problems. This usually lasts for about 3-5 minutes after turning on the PC before the internet returns to normal. I have tried using both with Ethernet and with WiFi and get the same results

Sounds like you need to virus scan that machine.....
