[SOLVED] internet disconnect

Hey i have a fresh new Windows 10 , the internet disconnect for 1 second and back again its really annoying i tried remove the network drivers and install it again nothing happen tried reset network same problem can you help me

CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo : B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX

i got a new GPU and i want to make sure everything work great , my old GPU was crashing a lot and i get a black screen some people say you should reinstall windows

Mobo : B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX
GPU : 2070 Super
RAM : G.Skill (2x8G) DDR4-3200
PSU : EVGA Supernova 750 B1, 80+ Bronze 750W i didn't change my PSU from my old PC , i dont know what u mean by make

BIOS : 7C02v34

network light will go off after that will come back

do you think its from my cable ?
