So for the last couple of weeks my internet has been disconnecting for about 10 second every 4-6 hours at random times. Since the issue is really annoying especially when watching livestreams and playing online I have come here for advice because I have no idea what could be the cause and will appreciate every reply!

Also worth mentioning is that it does not only disconnect on my PC but on my phone as well so I guess it happens on all other devices as well...

Solution
It happens on my PC which has wired connection and on my Phone that is obviously wireless so I am assuming that it happens on every device... I do not know what the LEDs on my router show at the time since the router is in another room and it would take too long to get there so I really can't say at this point. Also I don't know what a MoCA is, but this problem did not use to happen before we changed the package with our ISP...
If your wired connection is direct to the router and the WIFI also drops, then you probably have a router problem. That is where knowing what the LEDs on the router do is important. Maybe the entire router is rebooting or maybe the link from the ISP is dropping. You could try logging into the router...
Does this happen to every device or just one?
What does the LEDs on the router show when this happens?
Are you on a wired or wireless connection?
Are there any unusual characteristics to your network like powerline or MoCA ?

Maybe the entire router is rebooting or maybe the link from the ISP is dropping. You could try logging into the router, maybe there are logs which could help you determine what is happening. The router might be overheating, or have a bad power supply. Still too many unknowns to make a definitive diagnosis.
