Hi, I've just got back my laptop (Dell Vostro 5460) from a repair shop and windows 8.1 was reinstalled for me.
I noticed that there are problems when my laptop is connected to my home internet. Problems that I noticed are that there is no internet connection for IE and windows store. I also cannot sign in to microsoft account using home internet. However, at the same time, I can browse the internet freely using chrome and firefox (firefox also said no internet connection at first but I managed to fix it).
I tried to tether my laptop with my phone to try the internet connection and it actually worked. IE, windows store and microsoft account were working properly.
Another new problem that I noticed with my home internet is that I cannot download anything through a client. Normal, direct download (i.e. email attachment download) is working fine. However, if I need to download through a client, there will be a connection problem (i.e. games from Aeria games).
What should I do to fix this? Any help will be appreciated.
