Internet Slowed only on 1 computer

i have multiple computers in my home but the one i'm using now is only getting 1mb/s while the other computers are getting 20+mb/s i thought it was a matter of my adapter on this pc being weak but after switching to a wired connection i realized it might of been some type of setting on pc I've done everything i'm all out of idea some one help please

it could be the wireless device that is falling try to test with another one .

I tried that as well even turned a router of mine into a wireless adapter to see if all my adapter setting were messed up i also tried using this program registry easy it fixed my registries but still same problem

check the wireless device on this computer it could be defective .

i thought that aswell but then i used another wireless adapter :/ still the same problem

could you compare the signal level to the other pc there could be something in the way from it to the router .

But i tried moving the computer right next to modem and even wired i even moved a laptop into my room to see if it was something in my room interfering with the wifi all the test failed same speed slower then other computers

I discovered that on my router all other computer allocation is dhcp but mine is static thats the only thing i see differnt in this computer from the other's but i do not know how to change to static to dhcp
