Question Internet Slows Down Drastically as soon as I open Any Game

As the title says,

As soon as I open any game, my speed test drops from 940mbps to less than 300mbps download. It goes back up as soon as I close the game.

I can't figure out what is causing this issue at all. I'm hardwired to a switch plugged into an Eero into an EastLink modem.

It happens if I open COD, Dota, or Hunt. All these games cause the issue to occur. If I close the game during a speed test, you can see it climb right back up to full speed from 300 to 940.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting? I'm going to try a reformat as a last resort....

It's an MSI Z690 MAG ddr4. I've installed the intel networking drivers.

Hello,

I do have MSI center installed. I've swaped router's to an AX3000 Asus instead of eero and the problem persists. Intel PROset utility says the following:

I'm wondering if my ethernet cable could be causing the issue? It's only 100ft cable though, not nearly 225 meters....
