Internet stops every 30 seconds

Ok im using a TP-Link Router which connects to my pc from a ethernet. When im not using any type of connection its fine but when i start downloading something or using youtube it stops for around 5 seconds then comes back on that happens every 30 seconds i changed the channel of the wifi i deleted any apps with no publisher i used malwarebytes to delete all viruses i did everything possible and it still stops. Even when im typing this it stopped. That started happening on 8th of April when i didnt download anything on the day. Any suggestions ???

make sure the pc ethernet has the newest drivers. download hitman pro see if your pc is clean it a 2x malware scanner. look under power setttings make sure ethernet and wifi/usb not powering off. try installing again the newest mb chipset drivers. on some pc with wifi and ethernet make sure the one your not using is disabled.

looks like i found the stupid problem which was the ethernet cable wasnt making good connection with the card on the motherboard. You know that there is the pin that stops it from unplugging well that is broken and i randomly did it anyway thanks for the help
