Question Internet stutters

I don't know why all of a sudden my internet is dropping out in discord calls. I remain in the call but people say my voice sounds robotic and I can not hear people briefly this lasts around 3-5 seconds. I am on an Ethernet Connection and I use Virgin Media Super HUB 4 1000Down 50Up never had issues. I have rung my ISP and they can not detect any fault. This had made me believe the issue is just my PC. Seems to be fine on other devices. Any clue on what i can do to fix this. I also play Games such as Call of Duty Cold War and I repeatedly receive connections interrupted.

That latency is crazy bad and your packets are all arriving late.

Connect to your router with an ethernet cable, disable wireless and run the test again.
