Inverted colors on TV out

I have an ELSA Geforce2 GTS card with the video in/out module. The card works great except when I try to output to a TV. The colors on the TV are inverted--i.e., yellow or red for blue. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it. This only occurs with the NVidia detonator3 drivers not with the original ELSA driver. I tried to contact ELSA but they refuse to support the D3 drivers even though they post them on their site for download. At this point I don't see an alternative to going back to the original ELSA drivers but would appreciate any ideas.
