IP Adresses

Hello, I'm trying to find out if there is software or a service that can give me multiple ip addresses? I need different ip's in several different states. Can someone help me with this? Thanks so much.

This might be a diffecult thing to do since you ISP gives you an IP in the first place and you may have to find an ISP that is in the states you need or if you get a set of static IPs from the same provider. Companies like Comcast , Time Warner and Charter are large enough that they are in many states so it may be a matter of contacting the one that is in all the states that you need.
