IP Camera

I am looking to add an IP camera to my home network to be used as a baby monitor. I would like the camera to be veiwable from locations other than my home network ( my parents house, my iPhone, etc). I have both a wired and wireless network, but i would prefer to go wireless with the IP camera. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate with Norton 360 V4. I have little to no experience with more advanced networking like port forwarding and using DDNS, so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Linksys WRT320N Router
D-Link DGS-2208 Gigabit switch
Foscam F18908W IP camera
