IP inbound/outbound blocking

Hello,
on the D Link G604T is it possible to apply NAT to 245 IP's of the sub net range to 1 of these to create a loop that will not allow traffic to flow hence refusing access to XBOX or PS3 online gaming?

can you just limit which devices can use the NAT via MAC?
