Question iPad Disconnects From ISP's Modem

Hello,

I have coaxial cable internet with Sagemcom F@st 3184 modem provided by my ISP. Initially I was using Edimax BR-6428nS wireless router and didn't have problem with disconnection. After I removed it and left only modem, problems started.

I have laptop, desktop PC, Samsung tablet, Samsung smartphones and iPad Mini 2 connected to ISP's modem with only iPad having disconnection problem.

Once a week I get disconnection and I can't reconnect by disabling WiFi connection or restarting modem. The only thing that helps is restarting iPad. Below is a screenshot.

Which iPad version are you on? You might want to see if reintroducing the older router to your network and having the iPad paired to it resolves the issue. Outside of that you might want to contact your ISP and ask them to see if the modem has any firmware updates pending.

Try changing the Wi-Fi channel.

Which iPad version are you on?

Is it model number you are asking about? It's ME277LL/A with iOS version 12.5.1
