what are the accessories I need to live stream games like pubgm ?

My doubt is - Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter doesn't have 3.5mm port and only one charging usb-c port. So how do I hear game audio while streaming ?

HDMI provides the audio output, which your capture device should be able to pick up on.
