Hello!
Lately i have been getting a lot of blue screens(irql_not_less_or_equal which is the most frequent, but i also get memory managment, kmode_expection_not_handled,KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE)
The things I tried to fix it:
-cleaning my computer
-reinstalling windows(clean install)
-update all drivers
-check if ram is in correct place
-ran memtest
-ran chkdsk
-ran windows memory diagnostic

These are some of the reports that WhoCrashed reported:

1)
On Mon 8/10/2020 4:22:59 PM your computer crashed or a problem was reported
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
This was probably caused by the following module: ntfs.sys (Ntfs+0xFA1AD)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFBF07556B1042, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF8062ACC4D3B)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ntfs.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT File System Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This is a software bug.
This bug check belongs to the crash dump test that you have performed with WhoCrashed or other software. It means that a crash dump file was properly written out.
The crash took place in a file system driver. Since there is no other responsible driver detected, this could be pointing to a malfunctioning drive or corrupted disk. It's suggested that you run CHKDSK.

2)
On Mon 8/10/2020 1:52:15 AM your computer crashed or a problem was reported
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\081020-25140-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x3DDB60)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x1DDBB5, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF802274ACD4D)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This is a software bug.
This bug check belongs to the crash dump test that you have performed with WhoCrashed or other software. It means that a crash dump file was properly written out.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

3)
On Fri 8/7/2020 11:25:31 PM your computer crashed or a problem was reported
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\080720-29546-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x3DDB60)
Bugcheck code: 0x139 (0x4, 0xFFFFB300AE5FE010, 0xFFFFB300AE5FDF68, 0x0)
Error: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: The kernel has detected the corruption of a critical data structure.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

4)
On Tue 8/11/2020 1:39:19 AM your computer crashed or a problem was reported
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!memset+0x55864)
Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x403, 0xFFFFF880E25E7E68, 0x80000000152CF867, 0xFFFF9480E25E7E68)
Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred. The page table and PFNs are out of sync . This is probably a hardware error, especially if parameters 3 & 4 differ by only a single bit.
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This error suggests a case of memory corruption because of a hardware problem. It is suggested you do a test on your RAM modules (memory test) and make sure your system is not getting overheated. This problem might also be caused because of overheating (thermal issue).
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

I could be mean and guess based on what drivers were actually running during the 1st error

can you go to C:\WINDOWS\Minidump
copy the minidump files to another folder
upload the copies from new folder to a file sharing website and show a link here

What are specs of the PC?

irq errors are either drivers or memory, you checked both... we see what we can find :)

Hello!

There are the files:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dj7e_J63xVlG8pDWvBnI-3b4-5zWMYhd?usp=sharing

My system specs:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core i3-2120 CPU @3.30GHz
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GT 730 2GB DDR3
RAM: 2x4 GB 1333mhz ddr3
Mainboard: Gigabyte Tecohnology H61M-DS2 (BIOS version: 2012/2/16 , F6)
HDD: Toshiba dt01aca050 ata device 500GB

By the way, can this be caused by using custom page file for ram?

that is an odd error, don't normally see it. I have asked a friend to read dumps but he is likely asleep now.

why is it still using the memory.dmp, I thought it was set up for minidumps. THey are the better files to upload for us.

Comment: 2 or more types of RAM are installed.

There's multiple revisions of your motherboard so I cannot identify which one you have in order to look for BIOS updates.
Motherboard: H61M-DS2
BIOS: F6

most of them are nvidia

crash 3 actually mentions dxgmms2 which is directX making the guessing even easier.

You have newest Nvidia drivers so run DDU and then run windows update after restart and allow windows to load drivers for the GPU. They are older Nvidia drivers. https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq...n-install-of-your-video-card-drivers.2402269/

Also, try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

how long you been using 2 different sticks of ram?

its unlikely a new bios will fix since its worked perfectly fine until now.

I did the DDU thing, installed the GPU driver through Windows Update, now I'll wait until I get a blue screen.

I will run memtest86 later and come back with the results. Also for several years I had 4gb ram, about a month ago I bought another 4gb(I also made sure its the same in every way). The blue screen started about 2 months ago so I wouldnt think its caused by the new 4GB ram.

I've been having the exact same issue with my pc boot looping with the irql_not_less_or_equal and the memory_management stop code on bsod, if any of these have worked for you please let me know!

alas there are so many different causes and equipment combos out there that what works for one person isn't guaranteed for another... I wish it were that simple.

I will wait for gardenman to convert dumps again.

i wonder if its a lack of drivers that are the cause.

its strange seeing java crash. the gigabyte page for that board isn't working for me, I will look again tomorrow and see if its any better. Think I need to find what PC has in it and get some drivers.

After months of suffering with this problem, I probably found out that the ram was faulty. I took out the several years old stick and since then no blue screen at all. I dont know why memory diagnostic tool or memtest showed no erros. I already ordered a new ram that is coming next week.
Thank you for your time and trying to help me, have a good day!
