My new computer has been crashing with the error "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". I first noticed something wrong when Arma 3 wouldn't load and kept crashing because of some kind of kernel error. I have no idea what that means. So i went and got CPU-Z and CPUID to look at my temps and stuff, and everything started to freeze. Then it just crashes and says "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". I am currently reinstalling Arma 3 because I thought it was just a corrupted game file, but I don't think that it is just that. What pisses me off the most is that I called Microsoft, and the guy refused to help me unless I paid $99.99. This is crappy service and I am really annoyed. Please help. Any input is welcome.

Solution
All 3 are CPU related. One is a 0x124 which can mean its faulty, overheating, or overclocked. Are you overclocking?

See if theres a BIOS update for this, this MAY fix that stop error

Uninstall AIcharger this is a known cause of crashes. Uninstall any programs that let you overclock in programs. They'll make it crash sooner or later

Wouldnt be surprised if whatever Razer devices you've got are causing something. Their drivers are buggy as

Whats connected / installed that uses a WD SCSI Enclosure?? This file wdcsam64.sys can also cause this 0x124 stop error according to Google. And this driver is old / from 2008

So should I extract them, because I don't know how to .zip them. I have 7zip btw.

I did that, I clicked add to minidump.zip and it says WARNING: Access is denied.
I dont know why because I am the administrator.

Alright. Now how do i upload it to OneDrive?
P.S. Im sorry about this. Im new to this kind of stuff

Solution

I did not mean to mark this as solution. I am overclocking. I used the asus Auto Overclocking 5 way optimization feature on my motherboard.

I dont know what AI charger is. It isnt in my programs list. I have AI Suite though.

Where would I find a BIOS Update?

I need the Razer driver to use my mouse, and it never caused me problems on the laptop that I had.

The WD thing is an external hard drive. I have it for school. What could I do to update the driver?

You find the BIOS on the mobo maker's site

http://www.asus.com/nz/Motherboards/X99DELUXE/HelpDesk_Download/

Thats one reason why its crashing then youre overclocking. Uninstall AI suite

I have no idea how youre going to update the driver for that WD hdd. See if theres one on the WD site for it

Should I reinstall AI Suite afterwards? It is what I use control my board.

Ok. I have the file for the bios update, what do i do with it?

Also, should I uninstall the entire AI Suite, or just the Charger?

But if I uninstall it, my wifi and other asus drivers will stop working... right?

Ok. I was talking about AI Suite. I am about to update the BIOS

Thank you so much. I flashed on the new bios and it works flawlessly. I don't know what I could have done without you. :)
