Irratating box

My Thinkpad has a box on the screen that says on top blue
line "Centinel VxD:APVXDWIN.EXE -Unable to locate
Component". In grey field line is "This application has
failed to start because VCL50 BPL was not found.RE-
installing the application may fix this problem."
I will be very grateful for advice on how to stop box
from appearing.

First off, got any "Panda" software installed(Antivirus, etc..)?
If so, uninstall and reinstall it after a reboot.

Centinel.VXD is one of the things this particular trojan tries to stop -
likely because it is a part of Panda AV.
