Irst Build: Any conflicts?

This is my first homebuild, a budget-ish gaming rig. Wanted to get the green light from you guys before trying assembly.
(prices include s&h, tax)

CPU: Phenom II x4 840 ($90)

MOBO: ASRock AM3+ 970 Extreme4 * ($124)
[* plan is to move up to a Bulldozer x8 in a few years after they come down in price..]

HD: Western Digital WD7502AAEX 750GB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0 ($74)

GPU: Galaxy GTX 465 *($144)
[* plan is to overclock up to 470-ish speed; then later add a 2nd in GLI. Chose this over an MSI R6850 Cyclone PE/OC Radeon HD 6850 mainly because I've never used an ATI card, have worries about their drivers & Crossfire patches]

DVD-R..from my old HP Slimline

PSU: Rosewill Xtreme Series RX850-S-B 850W Continuous @40°C ,80 PLUS Certified, ATX12V v2.2 & EPS12V v2.91 ($111)

Case: Rosewill Challenger * ($66)
[* Am worried this case will not keep GPU cool enough..especially with SLI upgrade..]

OS: Win7-64bit HomePremium ($100)

Please tell me I haven't screwed this up. This started out as a $500 project that got out of hand..

Already purchased everything. So nothing more from the store.

The gtx 465 is not a good card . Avoid like the plague
