Nope. 1.4v is the max for Kaby Lake.

Yeah you're fine. I've been on 1.29v, which hwmonitor reports at 1.31-1.32, for months now. No issues at all.

With MCE on, and all-core turbo at 4.5 GHz under P95/small FFTs, mine sits with 1.2V according to HWMonitor...(it does spike to 1.248V when load ends before VCore is lowered..)
