Is 1 degree celsius bad for a cpu?

AMD processors are known to report false temps at low levels, what are the load temps? What program are they using?

Unless you are in a walk in freezer, 1C is impossible.
That is simply bad temp reporting, which is often the case with an AMD CPU.

the load temp is about 45 normally
