Is 120hz+ with Dell Precision 7510 Laptop / Mini Displayport possible?

Hello all!

I have a Dell Precision 7510 Workstation Laptop with the M1000M graphics card. I also have my external gaming monitor which I get 144hz with my desktop using DVI-D dual link. The monitor is the Acer GN246HL,

I want to use my 7510 laptop to get 120hz+ using the Mini Displayport port. Is it possible to achieve this using a Mini Displayport to DVI-D dual link adapter?

What would I need to get in order to achieve 120hz+ with my laptop and external monitor?

sounds like that is an integrated graphics card. if this is true then i doubt it will support a refresh rate like that. the adapter would not make your computer capable of that refresh rate either
