Is buying 2133mhz ram worth it?

Does 2133mhz really improve performance that much?

Thank you

Solution
Faster RAM mostly benefits IGPs. Most software is optimized to keep performance-critical data within the CPU's L1/L2 cache, which is why most benchmarks show only a 5-10% improvement going from 1066 to 2133 MT/s RAM.

It is only worth it if you pay a negligible extra for it.

The links you gave state the RAM is 1600 Mhz.

Also for gaming it will make a 0% - 1% difference in gaming.
For programs that specifically use more RAM & take advantage of higher RAM speed you will be able to tell the difference.

Unless you have an integrated GPU on the CPU or do a lot of compressing, extracting, etc a 1600 Mhz is all you need.
