Question Is 240mm Liquid Cooled Radiator Enough Rx7900xt???

Is a 2 fan 240mm liquid cooled radiator enough to cool a Radeon rx7900xt???
Or do I need to go with a 3 fan 360mm liquid cooled radiator???
Also does over clocking help any when gaming?
I'm might do some over clocking but not much. I just like to have my PC setup perfect for gaming and not have to twerk it every hour.

Graphics card designers select the appropriate cooling solutions for their cards. Highly factory overclocked cards will get better cooling.
Graphics cards do run hot, but they are designed to do so.

Graphics card vendors bin their chips and use the better ones in factory overclocked versions that they can sell for more.
You may be able to OC more, but then again, perhaps not.
They try to differentiate by adding cosmetics and fancy coolers which also sell for more.
I do think you get fair value from a modest factory overclocked card.
If you need more performance, then buy a higher tier card in the first place.

The best thing you can do for graphics card cooling(or cpu cooling) is to insure that your case provides good fresh air intake.
