Is 2gb nvidia geforce gtx 645 enough for things like BF4 or FSX? i dont want to play on medium settings i want to play BF4 on high to ultra so will this graphics card do it with an AMD a10 processor and no lagging? And how about flight simulator on ultra high settings ? (its a desktop pc)

You'll need at least a GTX 760 to run BF4 on ultra @ 1080p with about 50fps. So no, a GTX 645 is nowhere close to maxing out any modern games.

Wrong, I have a NVIDIA geforce gtx 645 and can run bf4 on medium to low high settings and get around 40 something fps. Of course this isn't maxing it out but it can run almost any game on medium settings and get decent fps. Here are some examples of averagely hard to run games that I can run at good fps. Skyrim, gta iv (we all know how shit the port for pc was with that game) all of the Cods, all of the battlefields, titanfall etc. Now some of these games aren't that demanding but this was just a list.

Battlefield is one of the most demanding games out so far. I doubt you will run on high settings with your GPU, Medium might be possible but probably not 40 fps on 64 player maps. I had the radeon 5850 + Phenom X4 955 and got +- 40 fps on very intensive 64 player maps (medium settings) (non OC'ed components). While playing on not very intensive maps my FPS could go up to 60+ on medium.
