Aha Seasonic SSP GT - that's why it runs, I've seen tests which showed it actually often run better than 350W and Seasonic are typically excellent PSUs.
Whilst I'm much more assured knowing it is Seasonic, I would also make the note that it is a discontinued product of theres, and I would suspect out of warranty (5 years?).

What I would add however, is I believe the SSP 350W does not have any direct PCIe connections, so I would suspect your seller is using adapters, which is never a good sign.
Using adapters...
You're right. I did INR instead of PKR. And you haven't been able to find anything else in that price range (yeah.. it would be used)? Do you have additional budget to get a PSU for it with a native PCIe connector? (You only need one and any modern 450W would have that.)
As I told in my previous reply. It's all I have saved not even a penny more than that 😣

You might have got $200 in the conversion tool this is due to fall of our currency in the recent year. If you had converted it a year before it makes about $290

You know I am real tight on budget. I am a student and don't earn on my own. Somehow saved $290 and want to play AAA titles at good fps.
My parents are not willing to give me money for buying a pc just for playing games. That is why I am going with this one.

Ah! A fellow Pakistani / Lahori! Thought I was the only Pakistani lurking here...

In any case; I did the math and it seems a bit overpriced. According to Hall Road's price list:

Asus H61 Mobo: 4,000.
i5 3470: 3,500.
500GB HDD: 1,500.
RX470 4GB: 11,000.
2 x 4GB RAM: 2,000.
350W PSU: 1,000.
Total: 23,000.

As for the casing, you can buy brand new glass casings from reputed brands for around 6k from CZone or Galaxy etc. This Chinese case doesn't worth more than Rs.1,000-1,500 (Used).

As you can see, this system doesn't worth a penny over 25k. And as other users pointed out, this fellow is running molex to 6-Pin adapters which is usually a BAD sign.

Hope it helps!

You would be burning your money buying that.

You will regret it.

Life is all about regrets, mate. If you don't have any regrets then you probably don't have a life, as far as I'm concerned...

It's all about taking bold risks and following your heart, not the herd...

Philosophical mumbo-jumbo aside, I've seen people running GTX1060s with 1st Gen. i7s and getting close to 100FPS @ 1080p:

One doesn't exactly need a 9900k clocked at 5Ghz to play modern AAA titles @ 1080p. This level of hardware is reserved for 1440p or even 4k gaming at 144Hz, which is a total waste of system resources, in my humble opinion.

I'm perfectly happy with 1080p @ 60FPS with V-Sync. Heck, I'm happy at even 720p because I tend to follow my heart, not the herd...

Your mileage may vary!

And what happens to your savings if something happens to your PC because you decided you didn't care about safety issues?

@DSzymborski @Veloci thanks to you all for your concern after my last reply I went to check the PC and now I came back and read all your replies.
I checked the PC there it was giving atleast 50-55 fps and even 110 at some games at 1080p high to ultra settings. I liked the PC so just bought it for 30.5k pkr
According to @Veloci it's overpriced but unfortunately I have done the deal now
BTW thanks again for your concern.

That's fine my friend, it's your choice ultimately.

All I would say is replace the PSU with a newer unit soon, the Seasonic ones are great, but it is not made for purpose.
And you won't see this in the FPS unfortunately. Last thing we'd want you to do is pay this money now, for it to cost you more later.

Hope all goes well my friend. Happy gaming!

Thanks mate! The person I bought PC from played games on it around 7 months and according to him 6hrs a day. I just wanted to ask can I run this PC for about a month next month I might be able to money to replace PSU till then.
And one last thing as you said Seasonic PSU's are good ones so if it get damaged or blows then will it damage my GPU along with itself?

I would expect a Seasonic to be some of the best at protecting other components, but this only applies to PSUs that are fit for purpose, when it is being pushed beyond the limits it was made for, then anything can happen, so there is no guaranteed answer unfortunately.

I ran an i7 870 machine for over 7 years before I tossed it and upgraded to a i7 7700k.

Some of us do have 9900K's and 2080Ti's and DO play at 1440P. 😉

You guys are so lucky!

You're pretty lucky yourself!

I currently have a Dell Optiplex 755 paired with a Core 2 Duo E8400 and a GT440 1GB (GDDR3)!

And I'm pretty sure that somewhere in the world there's a fellow who wish he'd my machine! Plenty of people out there who are still running 7200GS and GT210s paired with Pentium 4s and Pentium Ds.

My whole point is; be grateful of what you have. You've a machine that's comparable to, if not better, than a Playstation 4 Pro.

That's something!

Yeah you are right. But you know a man's desires never come to an end. An I do believe I am too much better than many people in this world. Thanks to Allah.
