[SOLVED] is 4x4 better than 2x8?

i am curious if i can have a better performance by changing my 2x8 RAM to a 4x4 3200MHz

Here are my specs
GTX 1660ti MSI Ventus OC 6GB
AMD R5 2600x
16GB DDR4 RAM 3200MHz 2x8
Windows 10 64-bit
500 Watt PSU Gladias Venomrx
SSD 240GB
1TB HDD
ASROCK B450M Steel Legend

Would it work? judging by my pc specs

All else equal, with your setup you would be better off with a pair of RAM sticks, not 4.
As you add more sticks you run into more load on the memory controller slightly reducing overall performance.

That video uses a motherboard and processor that supports both dual and quad channel RAM, yours only does dual channel.
With their setup the quad channel configuration is a better option, yours is not.
