Is 50ºC / 120ºF too hot for a PII 450 running under 100% load 24/7 (SETI)?

Thanks.

Thanks. Just wanted to be sure.

Previously it was running at 51. I removed it and did my best to remove the dust which had accumulated on the fan blades an in the "blades" of the heat sink. Vaccuuming it seemed to help, but I didn't want to get the fan moving too fast for fear of damaging it. I think I removed about 50% of the dust, and this reduced the temp by 1 degree. I wish the integrated (retail) Intel fan unit was easier to clean...
