[SOLVED] Is 5ms INPUT LAG good?

I am looking at a new monitor and from my research, it has 5ms input lag. I am not talking about response time. The response time on this monitor is 1ms. Is 5ms input lag good?

Input lag is measured in different ways and depends on the method they used. If it's a reliable source, they would say if it's good or not.
