Question Is 650w psu good for a 405w build?

I started playing around on pcpartpicker to build myself my first ever pc and the one I made indicates 405W. I was considering buying the SeaSonic EVO Edition 620 W 80+ Bronze Certified PSU since it's somewhat cheap for what it seems to be offering.

Should I go for that one or not? If not which one would you recommend?
