I recentlly instaled a second graphic card on my rig. I was trying it out when I noticed one of the cards had reached 81c. The other stays around 65-75. But the one the thats thats above 80 worries me. Can my gpu take it?

These are the models:

Asus gtx 660 ti: 65-75c
Nvidea Geforce gtx 660 ti: 81c

Solution
That should still be a decent temperature. Depending on the placement of the GPUs, mainly the spacing, you may have one card having all of the heat that is being fanned away from it...just sending the hot air right into the other GPU. And that would cause the other to get hotter.

Both of your GTX 660 Tis can handle temperatures of up to 97C. You may however want to install a side fan if your case supports it.

If not, a great method is to reduce overall temperatures is to relocate your computer to a place where the room temperatures are colder.

That is normal. The most common method of SLI processing is to have one card process the graphics and the other card render it, so there will definitely be temperature differences.

So Jackie, the differences in the temperature of your two graphics cards are okay.
