Was wanting to transfer my system to someone but my keep my power supply so was wondering if their current power supply would run the system below:

In Guru3D's review of the Radeon HD 4850 they recommend that the power supply have 30 Amps on the combined +12 Volt rails for stable power distribution (on a single card configuration).

The Rosewill 80Plus Green Series 430W (RG430-S12) with its +12 Volt continuous current rating of 33 Amps meets that requirement.

Meeting the +12 Volt continuous current rating requirement is vastly more important than meeting the power supply Wattage recommendation.
