Is a Thermaltake Litepower 700W good enough to run my system?

Is a Thermaltake Litepower 700W good enough to run my system at full power?
Specs: Powercolor Radeon HD 6850
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4 GHz
4gb of transcend DDR3 RAM
Seagate Barracuda 160gb
i know this PSU actually has a max output of 600 watts, not 700 but what i want to know is will it run my system without problems

Technically it should be overkill, however Thermaltake makes very shoddy PSUs that are of such horrible quality they can't cope with even low-end systems.

It should be fine.

I'll try to read your mind. you're probably gonna say Corsair, that brand hasn't been seen in my country yet, nor did Antec. All we have are: Chieftec, LC Power, CoolerMaster, Thermaltake PSU's

Some CoolerMaster PSUs aren't too bad (some are but some aren't) out of the brands you listen they are the best.
