Actually, no. This is essentially a tablet or netbook CPU, AMD's equivalent of Atom (so very slow per clock), and runs only at 1450mhz. This CPU will struggle with web browsing, much less Minecraft.

i saw a youtube video of someone playing minecraft on this soc, probably at the lowest settings, so it's possible.
But if you want game on a budget you better go for a cheap fm2 apu, they are much faster, and only little more expensive.
Fm2 is also much better upgradable.
