[SOLVED] Is an upgrade worth it?

Hey all, i have a question about if its worth to uprgrade from a gigabyte gt 610 2gb to a gigabyte gt 1030 2gb. I mostly want to play games from around 2008-2015 in 1280x720(and csgo on 1024x768) and watch some 1440p yt videos.

I have a budget that allows only for this gpu or lower price.

My specs:
Gigabyte p35-ds3 MOBO
6gb DDR2 RAM
Pentium e5400 (OC to 3.2ghz)
1 ssd and 2 5.4k hdds
350w PSU
Win 7 pro 64(if it matters)
