[SOLVED] Is antec a400 good for i5 12600k?

I have really really tight budget. Mobo is z690 UD aorus and cpu is i5 12600k. Is that cooler even compatible with that cpu and mobo? Will it be good enough for cooling? Because I know that Intel can get really hot and especially where I live it can reach 40c/104f or even more at the summer

LOL. I am living in Egypt just didn't want to state it directly because ppl may not have any idea how hot it can get in my country.

So about budget this one costs about 38 usd. I want a cooler that would be very close to that price range with better performance(assuming that there is anything like that IDK myself)

I think I have a diversity of of coolers to choose from here. Only that one retailer has got either that 38 usd cooler or 120usd coolers so I might consider searching elsewhere too

Yeah, I have seen the cooler online, that's not what I mean. I mean that I cannot find a single meaningful test of this cooler, so it's hard to tell you anything about it. It seems to get about 5-6°C warmer than the Noctua NH-U14S which should keep the CPU at around 80°C max. Which means your cooler should get it to about 85-86°C. Which isn't awesome, but enough I guess. You would have to try it out yourself to tell exactly.

I was more concerned that would it even be compatible with i5 12600k because I didn't see in species lga1700.
So do you know if it will work or not?

Also I have found that cooler and it is easily available for very good price where I live. It has 2 fans and I "think" it supports lga1700 but IDK if this would be a good pick or not

Your case has 165mm headroom for most any air cooler you might want to mount.

What parts have you actually bought?
What is the main purpose for this pc?
Do you have a graphics card?
If you are on a tight budget, I suspect that there is a better balance of parts available.

1.Haven't bought anything yet
2.Mainly gaming and streaming with very slight video editing
3.I got gtx 1660 ti(IK it is kinda outdated especially for that new build) BUT I am not willing to buy a new because it would be a lot extra money and I can't afford that I might buy new one later. I have only wanted to change my old pc because it got extremely old(cpu:amd phenom ii x6 1090t black edition, motherboard: ga-880gm-usb3 and 8 gb ram)

Gaming performance is normally limited by the graphics card for fast action games.
A GTX1660ti is actually a very decent card that to date has been held back by an abysmally performing obsolete cpu.
Your x6 1090t has 6 processing threads and a passmark rating of 3655.
That is when all 6 threads are fully busy.
The single thread rating is 1456:

The single thread performance is arguably the more important aspect for cpu centric games.
The I5-12600K has 16 threads and a rating of 27025/3972.
A huge increase in performance.
But, I think a I5-12400 with 12 threads and a rating of 20060/3572
or a I3-12100 with 8 threads and a rating of 14540/3550 would cost less and still be a very competitive cpu.
Most single player games do not make effective use of more than 4-8 threads.

For either, a B660 motherboard will be suitable.
Today, gamers do not overclock, it turns out that the turbo mechanism that boosts the performance of a few cores works out better.

I would try out that no cost option first.
If you pick the 12400 processor, I would be prepared to buy a good cooler, given your high room temperature.
