i5 4690
h97m d3h

will antec vp series will be able to run these specs
because i will play assassin creed unity ,gta 5 etc games on my pc
so this psu will handle my pc ?
will it blow up ? 😛 :/

It is a Tier 3 PSU. The wattage is going to be enough and a Tier 3 isn't something i would worry too much about for a build like yours. However if you have not already bought the PSU i would recommend a Tier 2 PSU.

Check out the link i sent you.
Go to the website you will purchase the PSU at and check which one is available in your country.

I would recommend XFX TS 550W or any Tier 2 or Tier 1 EVGA PSU's.
Seasonic M12II or S12II 520W is excellent.

The seasonic s12 or eco 430w will power it easily.

You can't say 450w minimum ,its model specific.

For example the antec vp450 only has a 12v rail of 360w.
The seasonic m12 430 has the same 360w 12v output.

The seasonic eco 430w has a 12v rail of 396w (the highest of a 430w psu I've seen)
The corsair cx430 (not saying buy it) has a 12v rail of 384w.

I would go with the seasonic 520w if in budget for the headroom - but yes either of the seasonics will run the 4690+gtx 960 easily mate ( the eco only has a single 6 pin connector)
