Is anything wrong?

When I play most games from WoT (I cap it at 60fps) to Star Citizen (Alpha) (50-60fps) my 780ti in HW Monitor usually says that the max it went up to was 99% usage while 0% at minimum. Should I be worried? Is that 99% just when the game loads and it spikes or something like that? Am I being limited (which I don't think I should be) or is this a good thing? Can it still perform better while at 99%? Thanks in advance.

I see no problem... That means the game is utilizing the card's power.

The gpu should use all of its power while gaming. With turbo boost enabled it will higher the clock so the game can run a little better, but it will still use 99%
