Question Is ASRock B450MPRO4 compatible with i7-9700k?

Absolutely NOT compatible. The motherboard is AMD and the CPU is Intel. No wonder you couldn't find any help on Google.

First you need to make the CPU+compatible, most of all the other stuff would do.
Just make sure you have DDR4 memory.
If you want to use the B450 Pro you will be getting a AMD ryzen. If you already have the intel CPU then you would need a Z390 motherboard.

Yes it would work with a B450 motherboard, but the RTX 2080 is a graphics card not a CPU...
